10. Love and compassion are necessities, not luxuries. Without them humanity cannot survive.
With all the things you think you need, it seems that love and compassion are low on the list. In fact, all of the objects you surround yourself with are not at all required for survival. The luxuries of life are not necessary for survival of yourself or humanity as a whole. Look within and find the love and compassion for yourself and others to allow for the survival of humanity.

We cut ourselves short in order to get more done throughout the day, but this is a disservice to our spirit. Too many times we seek happiness by things around us. We hope to get a better job, a better car or for others to give us something, when in fact, happiness is found within.
